Gena Robinson (x 31), International/Emergency Services Coordinator



Gena Robinson is the International and Emergency Services Coordinator here at the chapter. Gena joined the chapter in September of 2009 as a member of the Indiana RAP Corps working on volunteer recruitment and training, and transitioned into her current position in June of 2010. Gena comes to the Red Cross after having taught for two years in Washington, DC. As coordinator of the International programs, she works with the casework coordinator, Esther Van Stam and a wonderful team of volunteers to help welcome refugees into the area and help them become self-sufficient, contributing members of the community. She also works to coordinate the Exploring Humanitarian Law program that introduces local students to global issues.
