Authorized Providers

Organizations can become Authorized Providers, have one of their staff trained as an instructor and offer Red Cross training to their employees, volunteers or clients whenever they like.

As an Authorized Provider you will offer the highest quality training in accordance with the standards and objectives of the program you desire.

3 easy steps:

  • Identify and train staff member(s) to become certified American Red Cross Instructor(s). 
  • Complete an Authorized Provider Agreement.
  • Purchase equipment / supplies as necessary and begin scheduling classes.  



Course Planning:

Authorized Providers should notify the Red Cross of course dates and times prior to the course. If you need to rent equipment and/or supplies, complete the Equipment Request Form and send to the Training Support Center.

If you are using blended learning, please complete an Offering Request Form and send to the TSC. They will create an offering and send you the link for participants to access.



Reporting Course Activity:

Instructors can enter courses directly into our Learning Management System (SABA) or send completed Course Records to the TSC. If sending records to the TSC, please include a Processing Request form to ensure correct billing. 



Course Processing:


Authorized Providers pay a small fee for administrative costs associated with processing and maintaining reocrds.The AP Fee does not include costs for equipment, materials and/or supplies.

To be invioced for your courses you should complete a Purchase Order Request and send to our TSC.
