First Aid & CPR/AED Courses

 

Youth Training: Training our youth is paramount to them developing safe habits as they grow into adults. Red Cross courses introduce children to safety infomation and the important role they have in managing their own Health and Safety.

  • First Aid for Children Today (FACT): grades K-3                                       Play
  • Basic Aid Training (BAT): grades 3-5                                                              First Aid Matching (ages 5-8)
  • Babysitters's Training: ages 11-15                                                                 Street Smart Game (ages 8-12)

First Aid, CPR/AED   
Participants learn to recognize and respond to emergencies including shock, cardiac and breathing emergencies (for adults, children, and infants), heat and cold related emergencies, sudden illnesses, and poisonings. Participants will also learn first aid for everything from cuts and scrapes to muscle, bone, and joint injuries.
